If the purchased goods have manufacturing defects, please follow the complaint procedure below:
1. print out COMPLAINT FORM and fill it out legibly.łfill it in legibly, provide all contact information and a description of the defect.
(2) Pack the claimed product tightly and accurately with the completed claim form.

(4) Your complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date we receive the shipment. We will notify you of our decision to consider your complaint via email.
(5) The return parcel should not be sent back cash on delivery.
6. we do not receive shipments from the post office and parcel machines.
(7) The cost of returning the article to the warehouse shall be borne by the Buyer.
8. please keep the tracking number of the package.
